Post COVID Muscles

Any of you guys experienced muscle weakness problems post COVID especially in trying to return to normal workouts? Lots of people seem to get really fatigued months after recovering from even relatively mild COVID.

Excellent nutrition seems to be critical for building back, maybe more so than working out. Tough road. Tough road.

Hey Lane. I haven't had my dose of it yet. Have a look at this Drs information. Zinc, Vitamin D and other things that he talks about in an informative way without bias...
He's very factual and honest with the truth and let's you make your own informed decision....

Watch this second link about Sepsis. Fast forward to 22mins for the post covid Sepsis.... Its just information that is available. It's entirely up to you to decide whether you need to ask your Dr for post infection help. Good luck and all the best. Take care

Re: Post COVID Muscles
Warwick,

Thanks for your response. Yeah I actually had a pretty serious case of it last December but managed to get over it mostly intact. My muscles don't respond to working out the way they did. I could easily attribute this to age at this point in my life but it happened so suddenly that I'm pretty sure it's related. With that said my personal doctor has encouraged the C, D, and Zinc combination along with a good diet. I like it. That's for me though. I know every person is different.

Hope your summer goes well. We're just heading into winter and I don't like it. It's dusty and windy here during the winter and it can also be quite cold. I like the warm sun.

Have a good one!

Good one Warwick. He is a doctor of nursing in the UK. I've watched a couple of his analysis and journal article reviews and like his no BS honest logic.

He is another example of the more you learn the more you realise how little you know. Doesn't mind admitting what is beyond his understanding.
