Hi all, I know I’m a bit late to the party on this one but during lock down I’ve been getting back into weights and being an old geezer I’m paying the price with a few aches and pains. I came across this thread and wanted to know a bit more

I’d like to find out about preparing and using ginger and Tumeric with black pepper, specifically how you prepare it, how much you take and how you take it.
