The second example really appealed to me, but the sixth one is my most used and favoured.Is punctuation really important? Let's see, shall we? The two sample sentences below are identical in content. Does punctuation change the context? "Let's eat, Gramma!" "Let's eat Gramma!" With the correct punctuation, the following is an acceptably constructed sentence: John where James had had had had had had had had had had had the teacher's approval. Nah. Punctuation is a needless expenditure of time and energy. |
