Mike KushWhat size cleaning rod is recommended for the Rem Sendero?It's 26" barrel, 55" overall length. I'm looking at a one piece tipton carbon fibre rod. The 40" and 44" are basically the same price. Is longer better? |

Nathan FosterRe: cleaning rodHi Mike, I run a 40- fine for all of my needs. But I can't see any harm in going to 44". Its only a fist length longer and will fit in any gun case if you need to travel with it.As long as you have the work space (can swing a cat), then why not the longer. |
