Not sure where to post this, I guess the books are 'equipment'.
I'm thinking of going for the paper versions.

Does anyone have experience shipping to Canada?
Or know about the duty/taxes I might get hit with?

Do you know which delivery service will be used as that may tell me about some fees?
I do have the option of picking up in the US if it's way better that way. Normally they wont charge me anything for bringing in ~$200 worth of stuff.
