pivot mounts

Hi have just brought a sauer 202 outback in 3006 it has a alloy receiver and would like to use pivot mounts to mount a scope but can't find them in nz. Any info on mounting them to a alloy receiver would be much appreciated

Hi Rory, if you want to purchase genuine EAW mounts, you may have to shop overseas. Check the Australian dealers to see what they have, you may also be able to buy out of the U.S. Cost of the mounts is equivalent to the cost of a second hand rifle.

Leupold make two piece quick release system for a fraction of the price as another option. You could order these via Reloaders Supplies.
