Shot this doe on Saturday. She was bedded down in a cut cornfield and hidden by pigweed. She was facing away from me with her head down. The only target was the hump between the shoulder blades. The larger hole is the "entry" wound. The bullet traveled down the neck severing the vertebra before exiting. The range was 257 yds. Amazed by the massive wound. The aluminum tip is bad medicine to say the least.
