some one mentioned to me that lehigh do a monolithic bullet designed for subsonic speeds.

here's my question has anyone tried pushing them at normal rifle speed and would they stabilize?
would they then fragment at a higher speed?

if anyone knows how to get some in nz for a play around can you let me know please
