Hi guys, just a note to say that we are still having some trouble getting emails / order confirmations out to customers. The emails and orders are coming in OK, but its been difficult to send a reply / receipt. The outgoing email may go to the customers spam.

We had a number of Christmas messages I tried to reply to, plus some tech emails that I replied to via attached voice recordings (faster for me - I can pack in more info for the querent). I am not sure if the voice recordings made it to customers as nobody has written to say thanks or such like.

Looking into the issue, I believe that with heightened net (gmail) security, I may have to go through some re-authentication process as the website email I use possibly has some form of expired security status. I will need to wait till next week to see if our web host can help me to fix this (DNS settings etc - beyond my understanding).

In any case, I apologize for any apparent absence of replies or receipts. You should be able to find these in your spam folder. The website email has worked fine since 2007 but time marches on and like the SSL certs which we did not get sorted till the last hour, I seem to have gotten behind on email settings.

Thanks to those of you who have been helping me to track this. I will send the spam rejection messages to our web host this Monday.
