Hi Nathan
I just watched your clip on bedding a rem 700 sendero, all good, but what limits the up & down travel when you put the rubber straps on? The couple that I've done I taped the barrel at the end of the forend to keep it up & centered & a small dia washer on top of the pillar? I'm about to bed mine into a HS stock. I suppose I could leave narrow rim at the end of the tang when I grind it and still tape the barrel?
