Great video Nathan, well done man.

Even though I don't shoot one, I know lots that do & will point them to this video. A good refresher on new rifle initial set up, barrel break in & form. Very useful on such a common rifle.

Cheers,

Jon

Re: Nathsn's Tikka Video
Thanks Jon, much appreciated. Perhaps you can also share with your sister in law if she happens to pass by. The intro might be too much for her but she could make use of the shooting section with regards to her rifle.

Just a reminder for others. When you get into this or any new rifle, don't start with a whole pile of crap added to it. I want you to get to know the rifle as it is. I mean really get to know it. And by doing so, get to know yourself and your own abilities including where personal improvements can be made.

You can add all kinds of crap to the rifle later. You can add Christmas tree lights to the forend and a bubble level in your butt cheeks for all I care- but start with the basics. Besides, its more fun that way.

Re: Nathan's Tikka Video
In the books he says CRC Longlife. Softseal for the outside in between the bedding and action to stop corrosion.

Re: Nathan's Tikka Video
Yep he shot over a very thin film of CRC Longlife.

Nathan, yep thanks for reminding me that my sister in law shoots a Tikka. I'll let her know now.

Cheers,

Jon
