Hurry up and wait

Well after reading the instructions countless times and watching the videos online I have finally got round to bedding my rifle with match grade. The .223 is now sitting in the lounge wrapped up in a blanket with hot water bottles and the log burner going. So the waiting game begins.
Looking forward to seeing the results, safe in the knowledge there is a suitable replacement stock going cheap on trademe at the moment.
Those videos were fantastic for a visual person like me to see what needed to be done.
Thanks
Dale

Re: Hurry up and wait
It's really a challenge to walk into the room, look at it just sitting there, and not thinking that you should be doing something with it. I now try to schedule all the bedding jobs to finish in the afternoon so that by the time I'm up and have coffee in the morning, I can crack them open and start on them. My better half is forever telling me: just walk away, just walk away.

Re: Hurry up and wait
Yes your right. I should have done it when I would be at work afterwards as the wait is killing me.
Strange how when hunting I can happily sit in one spot for hours waiting but at home I have no patients at all.
Cheers
