.303 cal - Hornady Interlock

The following shows the wounding produced on a Bull Thar (Bull weights range from 90 to 150kg or 200 to 330lb) using the Hornady .303 174 grain Round Nose Interlock. The impact velocity was around 2000fps, a center shoulder shot and the bullet exited. The internal wounding was vivid while on the outer we can see quite a lot of bruising, a good sign of full energy transfer at such a mild impact velocity. This bullet can be very useful down to impact velocities of 1800fps.
